Sea Front, the General Fund (Prays East Reclamation

Account) would bear the cost of the extension of these

culverts from the Existing to the New Sea Walls (1.e.

on the Reclamation Area).

IV. Apart from the afore-mentioned slight modificatione,

the Scheme referred to in Ordinance No. 17 of 1921 18

that foreshadowed in the Despatches of 21st October, 1913

and 24th December, 1913. The sub-divisionof Areas shewn

on Plan "E" has been drawn up in accordance with paragraph

7 (V) of the former Despatch.
